I love genre and therefore I find myself all the time in the middle of a floppity-jillion series. It's not a bad place to be but as I get older (aka brain cells dying at an alarming rate), and I read more, it is harder to keep it all straight in my brain. Last year I decided to get it somewhat in control so I wrote a post to take stock of where I was with my series reading and identify some priority series to try and make progress during 2016. It wasn't necessarily an unqualified success but I did feel more focused and less overwhelmed, so I'm repeating the practice for 2017.
